Rhubarb Jam by Ayako & Family

Ayako & Family make the best stone fruit jams I’ve ever had, but their rhubarb is utterly transcendent, spooned over yogurt or smothered on buttered sourdough. They make the best presents and I have a stash of the plum jams in my cupboard I give away at Christmastime.
