My buddy sculptor Dan John Anderson introduced me to septuagenarian Yu Kobayashi a few years ago when he installed her work from Japan at A-Z West in the Mojave Desert. Now we live with one of her huge mango landscapes and it brings me joy every day. Cannot wait for her next show at Sea View.
