Isabel Rower at Marta

Isabel Rower opened a beautiful if slightly unfocused show of ceramic furniture, sculpture, painting, and pottery tonight at beloved Marta. I love her catholic use of materials; the presentation would have been stronger had the paper pulp furniture been saved for a separate affair. But I love her brain, her work, her seriousness.
