Perhaps the pinnacle of niche literary snobbishness —a reference to Claire-Louise Bennett’s 2015 “Pond”— slouches in the cotton weft of this tote bag from Fitzcarraldo Editions, but we will never know bc it’s sold out! Still bookmarking here bc I was delighted to see it nonetheless. “Pond” was my favorite book of that summer it came out, and I’ve been meaning to get going with her new novel, “Big Kiss, Bye-Bye.” What a freak!
